Landscape - Remodelling

A garden remodel that included the creation of new beds and planting, seating areas, a cedar shingle garden building with outdoor kitchen, spacious decking and a children's play area.

Landscape - Split Level Garden

A split level terrace with bespoke steps created safe and usable access to the long sloping garden. This client had a young family so manageable bedding plants were selected and an area for seating overlooking the garden was essential.

Landscape - Outdoor Ktichen

Creation of an outdoor entertaining area alongside this clients swimming pool. Millboard decking was used to create a stylish floor, whilst a Renson Louvered Canopy and striking granite finish completed this project.

Landscape - Oak Gates

Bespoke Oak Gates crafted in our own workshop and installed at the clients request to match our recently created Oak Framed Garden Building on the same property.

Landscape - Alfresco Dining

Complete Alfresco Dining area including outdoor kitchen with specialised creation of sloping rainwater traps against glass sliding panels.

Landscape - Floating Bench

Creating a dedicated seating area with an Iroko hardwood floating bench set within raised bedding. This design is low maintenance with clean lines.

Landscape - Transformation

Completion of a new Oak Framed Timber Building, circular path, new bedding and Cedar cubes were the key features of this complete Garden Transformation.

Landscape - Sloping Driveway

A brickweave driveway with retaining walls and additional steps transformed this sloped setting into a usable space with longevity.

Landscape - Contemporary

Clean and modern, this garden carried through the character of the new interior of the house to the outside space. With a young family, the client wanted low maintenance and water. Fountains were used in conjunction with hidden reservoirs to allow for this in complete safety.

Landscape - Block Driveway

A mixed granite and basalt block driveway that complemented the new oak garage and gates in terms of colour and quality. It also provides a very hard-wearing and durable driveway.

Landscape - Oak Pergola

Pergolas and similar structures are a great way to add vertical structure to a space. Here the oak was bespoke-made using traditional mortice and tenon peg jointing, heavily planted with a mix of climbers to create a green canopy for dappled shade.

Landscape - Front Garden

A wonderful new detailed formal front garden that took its brief from the ornate Victorian architecture of the house. The client was very happy with the finished space, complementing the house in character and giving great kerb appeal.

Landscape - Deck & Steps

A cantilevered deck set at water level of a fully lined new pond and associated waterfalls. This space offers a perfect pausing place to relax and enjoy the garden, accessed by new steps that meander through new planting.

Landscape - Topiary

Focal planting such as this buxus topiary can add elegance and class to any space, in this instance used to great effect as a focal centre piece within a Victorian front garden. Box is classical in style, perfectly suited to be used as edging to borders or as a stand-alone feature as seen here.

Landscape - Wooden Archway

A narrow dark strip of land was simply transformed into a space that offered a pleasant bright seating area and formal low maintenance planting. The use of Cotswold gravel contrasted very well with the clean, simple planting. Adding trellis was enough to divide the space into separate ‘rooms’.

Landscape - Dual Ponds

Water was used as a main feature of this town garden, bringing wildlife, noise and movement to the large space. The waterfall also aerates the pond to promote a healthy pond system for fish and other wildlife.

Landscape - Raised Bed and Pond

Creating level areas within a large sloping garden offers usable space and interest. In this case it was also creating grass areas for golf putting practice!

Landscape - Summerhouse

By using the natural slope of the garden to create a waterfall under the decking, we could create a lovely focal feature within the large garden. A new summer house and cantilevered decking offered superb relaxing space, surrounded by new and existing mature planting.
